SmartPrinter — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nguyen Luu Hoan (doing business as ALCHE CLUB, "we", "us", or "our") handles your information in the SmartPrinter iOS app. SmartPrinter turns your iPhone or iPad into a simple, universal print hub for AirPrint and Wi‑Fi printers. This policy pays particular attention to how we handle Google user data.

Google User Data — Limited Use

With your permission, SmartPrinter connects to your Google account so you can browse and select documents, photos, and Google Docs / Sheets / Slides from your Google Drive to print. We request the minimum access necessary for this feature — access to the files you choose to print.

  • Purpose: Google Drive content is used solely to let you select files and to send the file you choose to your selected printer. It is processed transiently to fulfill your print request.
  • No server storage: We do not store your Google Drive files on any server.
  • No third‑party transfer: We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google Drive content or Google account data to any third party — including advertising networks, analytics providers, or SDKs.
  • No advertising or profiling: Google user data is never used for advertising, personalization, or to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
  • No human access: No humans read your Google Drive data except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security, or to comply with applicable law.
  • Revoke anytime: You can disconnect SmartPrinter's access to your Google account within the app, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

SmartPrinter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other Information SmartPrinter Collects

To operate and improve the app, SmartPrinter may process standard technical information such as device type and operating system, app usage and diagnostics, and crash logs. SmartPrinter may also use advertising and analytics services that process device identifiers and app‑usage data. These services never receive your Google Drive files or Google account data — the handling described in "Google User Data — Limited Use" above governs all Google user data and is kept entirely separate.

Data Security

Data transmitted between your device and any service is protected using industry‑standard TLS/SSL encryption, and access is limited to what is necessary to provide the feature. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

Data Retention

Google Drive content is not retained — it is processed transiently to complete your print request and is not saved to our servers. Other information is retained only as long as necessary to provide and improve the app or to comply with legal obligations.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Disconnect Google access at any time (in‑app or via your Google Account permissions).
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing admin@alcheclub.co.

Children's Privacy

SmartPrinter is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Limited Use disclosure. SmartPrinter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide user‑facing features of SmartPrinter, is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those features (at your direction), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice, and is never used for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models.
